Default Is this possible???

I have a Phase Linear preamp and i have a old school Onkyo TX-SV90pro integrated amplifier which has pre amp outs, i connected the pre amp into them and it worked but i just want to know can you do this, wont mess them up ??? (Sorry if this is a dumb question newbie lol im only 15 years old.)

There should be no issue at all with what you are doing.

It is good that we have some young blood in this Forum. Keep the questions coming.

Thanks for the answer, here's a link to a video of my setup if you would like to see it, i just bought a McIntosh and i'm waiting for it to arrive.

Eduardo...no problem doing this, try it and listen to which sounds the best.

Eduardo...very nicely done. And as Jim said keep the questions coming. There are a lot of knowledgeable folks on this forum who can help you out on your audio/HT journey as you progress with it. You have a very nice system. I wish I had anything remotely as nice when I was 15. Nicely done

thank you Cyril means alot, my parents get mad that i waste 400-500 dollars on audio equipment but i just cant help it im hooked to it, just love listening to music. Just cant wait till my McIntosh gets here.

We all know what it feels like to get hooked on good sound . You should invite your friends over and show them what a good hifi sound system sounds like. They will look at their iPods funny after that experience (not that iPods are a bad thing but for active music listening you are doing it right )
