Not perfect, but very good. I have the LED kit in my MC2102s and now in my C2200. The blue is much brighter/deeper in the C2200. No adjustments are possible.

I just passed on the C2200G. It went on auction for about $5000, which wasn't a bad price. But even though it would have been nice to have a matching pre for the MC2000, I just didn't want to pay that much for a 10 year old amp with no box. So, I am down to the C2300 or the C500T.

You might pick up the phone and give AC a call. Never can tell what they may have hanging around in the terms of 'gold'. Maybe they can retrofit one of those new MC2200s they have.
