I've been using a Proceed HPA3 to power my three LR5's being used for left, right, and center.

I am considering switching to a Parasound Halo A-31. Does anyone here have any experience using this or the A51 with their Aerials? I am wondering if I will be giving anything up to the Proceed regarding sound quality and/or dynamics. The Proceed does have more power; 500 watts into 4 ohms. I believe the Parasound only puts out 400 watts at 4 ohms.

Have owned the Model 6's in Rose walnut for over 12 years. Also using Model 5's in the same finish for the rear channels. Had the CC3B for awhile,but my setup changed and it was too big for the cabinet and I didn't want to have it on floor stands because of grand kids,so I sold it.

These have been mated with an EAD Powermaster 1000 and Theatermaster Ovation and the hunt for the sound I was looking for ended. A really magical sounding combination.

Added another to the collection, the CC3B center channel. This thing is amazing. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long (finding a TV stand big enough to fit this monster was half the challenge).

Vocals are so clear and detailed. Male voices finally have more than one note. Would recommend it to anyone. I believe the CC3C should be released soon (if not already) which uses updated drivers and crossover.

Total system now consists of 8Bs in the front, CC3B center, SW12 rears and some late model a/d/s/ bookshelves for surround duty.

Now I just need to upgrade my power supply to handle these beasts...

Congrats! I agree the CC3B is a great center channel speaker. Now if I can just talk my wife into letting me put it in our den.
