I have the phase button pressed on the E600. Since Accuphase is wired out of phase, this puts the music in phase. Sounds better to me.

it should. Siltech is very similar to Crystal Cable.

The A70 is so huge and heavy.

It just depends which side of the bed the cable gets up from. One side makes it Siltech, the other side makes it Crystal Cable.

Hi TommyC,

That's not what I ment, I have the phase also inverted on the E-600, but I was talking about the phase of the power supply, which pole on the electrical "socket" (E-600) is getting the hot side of the power supply ?

The signal core of Siltech/Crystal cables are very simular, but shielding etc. is very different. I like the flexibility of the Crystal cables, but the looks of the Siltech cables.

I demoed the new A-36 and compared it to Accuphase p-500 using a C-270
Yes I found it leaner
Switched out the C-270 and used a Goldmund Mimesis Evo pre and then switched out the amps for Mimesis monos
Out all the amps I preferred the A-36
