Default My trip to the motherland

We are on holidays and were fortunate that our travels took us to San Francisco. I was lucky enough to have spent a couple of hrs. at Pitch Perfect Audio with Matt. I have talked to him over the phone but this time time I was fortunate enough to actually meet him. A wonderful and gracious host. He has an amazing room that I was very comfortable in right away (not your usual HiFi shop). I was able to stay focused on what I was there to listen to and could afford and was very satisfied with the whole experience. A no pressure salesman that understands that we know why we are there. It would be very easy to open the chequebook. I would like to thank Matt for his time and I would hope that his business thrives as he moves forward. I would also like to thank my wife and children for allowing me to take time out from the family trip to visit Audio Nirvana.
Cheers,
Dale

Hey Dale:
From all of us who have made similar visits to Matt's place, it is a seriously cool experience - if for no other reason than to be exposed to music which may be new to us. I know that I have bought at least 5 albums solely based upon my visit in February...I would imagine that all the Shindo dealers, by their very focus, would similar in this way - music first, equipment complementary! For those of us lucky enough to be on this forum - we have great people to work and communicate with! Best, jdk

Hey Dale, great to finally meet you! So glad you were able to make it to my shop. Thank you for the kind words.

Interestingly enough, JDK also took the 'pilgrimage' as well during a similarly planned family trip cross country.

Matt's place looks awesome and Matt is a pro like very few others.
I look forward to visit him in summer 2014.
