Default Sophia IIIs vs Live Music

Comparing two channel to live music has been the standard by which many audiophile’s seem to judge the quality and/or accuracy of a system. In particular, many audiophile’s compare two channel to unamplified or acoustic music. The problem is I listen to contemporary Jazz and a little R&B; therefore I don’t listen to acoustic or unamplified music. This weekend I went to a Kem concert at the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, TX and discovered that my system with Sophia IIIs as the focal point do an incredible job of reproducing the music that I listen to. They are accurate, dynamic, detailed, but everything is on a smaller scale. I’ve concluded that as great as I think the Sophia IIIs are, they reproduce music as if you’re hearing it at a recording studio as oppose to a live concert. Just wondering if anyone else has arrived at the same conclusion comparing two channel to live music.
