Probably one of my best speakers of ever.
I'd like to know which of many can it be a best matching by an integrated amplifiers that I can make.

I'm moving to a Nait 2....but I'm afraid to make some mistakes about.
Any experience about is welcome.
Hello all.

I'm a newbie here too but I want to say that my Cub I's sounds great with a Accuphase E-530. Incidentally, my Sophia's sounds wonderful with a Accuphase E-350.

Made a huge mistake today. Possibly huge for my bank account in the negative direction, in any event. Dropped by the local Wilson emporium (well, not that local, but is a big metropolitan area) and listened to a set of Sophia IIIs. Lovely. Anyone need a set of CUBs? As nice are they are, they are not Sophia IIIs.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. After a half hour of listening (to Sashas) I was getting my credit card out to put a deposit on S3s. I just dropped by to say hi.

Do it, you will not regret it for a second. I say this as I am listening and continue to be blown away.

May not be able to help myself. Was really impressed with what I heard.

Edit: While the CUBs are not as wide (9.5" vs 13"), they are deeper (22" vs 18"), as tall (41") and weigh just as much (160 pounds each w/stands vs 165 pounds). Have been doing some playing around with the CUBs and find that they are considerably more coherent sounding without the sub. Nice improvement in sonics.

Also, been listening for about a week to a 1972 vintage Sony STR-6200F 70wpc receiver and Yamaha CT-7000 that have both been refurb'd. Have to admit, is a really nice sound. Reminescent of early McIntosh SS gear with Klipsch, Altec or Bozak speakers. Most pleasant and non-fatiguing. Am especially pleased with how this combination takes the edge off of poorly recorded digital music. Going to have to put the vintage McIntosh system back into play in the next week or two to see how it sounds with the CUBs. Ugh........lots of heavy lifting. Thankfully, only a 65 pound amp and other pieces and not the 160 pounds of CUB.
