Serge.......Thanks for that information. I hadn't given the termination points any special consideration. I will play with input terminal positions in the morning.

Jérôme.......That's great. We listen to the same music, on the same speakers, through the same amps, half way around the world from each other. That's pretty cool. I always turn it up when "Black Coffee" starts.

Yes Dan,

I'm not surprised we could enjoy the same records. Did you try "Master" quality tracks from Linn Records with your MS750 ? Linn says it sounds better than any CD playback. Well, Linn does not always say the truth of course, but they have a nice touch with recordings. And the artists they produce are all great.
Same amps, same speakers, we certainly have some "ear genes" in common....Sometimes I'm a bit frustrated by the "virtual" communication.
That's why I often send some "Visiting Paris" invitations.... !!
BTW, can the former members of our AK PMC group could send me their address. I would like to make a CD for everyone and send them. New PMC owners are welcome to send me their address also. This is reserved for PMC owners please !
Levi, I had yours in my AK private box, bit it has been deleted ( not by me....)

Cheers,
Jérôme

Dan,

I looked at the dimension of the straps.
You bought 2 feet and 1 feet seems to be just right no ? I could put these 28 $ + tax saving in my little piggy money box for the future C1000 !

BTW Dan,
I thought you were connecting your speakers with differential impedance output of your amps : 8 ohms on the bass if I remember and 4 ohms on the treble. It turned to be a not interesting solution ?

Jérôme.......Yes, the jumpers are 3 inches each. When I purchased the pure silver wire I was worried if I ordered exactly 12 inches, and didn't get every bit of it, I would not have enough, so I just ordered 24 inches. As it turned out, I received exactly 24 inches, so I sent the 12 inches I didn't use to 'cisco in Hawaii.

Jérôme.......No, that was not me, that was Lyle1 who had his EB1i's wired in this manner. He is now running them with a single run or Cardas cable to each speaker, and says he is getting excellent results.

Dan,

Not to rain on your parade - but why are you not tri-wiring? Also, what happened with the XLS112? If you still have the sub in that system you may want to try to plug the cables up top instead of to the bass leads...
