Adding three 2' x 4' acoustic panel across that back wall will improve your sound stage and focus. If it were me, I would do some work on acoustic treatments before I considered new gear. The results of that effort will be rewarding.
Agreed totally, next on the list is some room treatment. My wife has some photography skills and my plan is to talk her into getting some of her shots printed on some big GIK art panels for that front wall. This is in the main great room of our house so having nice looking treatments will be key.

I have been playing around with positioning this morning, and ran a few measurements in REW and I gotta say, these speakers seem to love the room they are in.

Gary.......Art panels would be a perfect addition to the acoustics and ambiance of your room. It should not be difficult to convince your wife that her skills in photography will help showcase the room and your system. Show her these photos of Jim's (Still-One) walls.

Stolen, I love the simple look of your rig. Dan I really need to look into treatments, they are one of my last untouched audio improvement area's. Thanks for the nudge!
Regards,
Jim

Thanks Jim!

I have basically had the system on as much as possible since the Studio2's were delivered and they keep getting better and better. Really happy with the upgrade over the ProAc's and can see these sticking around for a long time. I was a little skeptical of the black/mahogany finish, but they are really growing on me.
