Saw them at the CA Audio show....they're small...

I'd rather buy Dyn Confidence C1 Sigs and save 5 large.

How do you know that?? You most certainly did not see/hear them at the CA Audio show, because they are not available yet

He probably saw Q1 at CA show. IMHO Q1 is much, much better speaker then any version of Dynaudio Confidence 1. At least for my ears...
BTW, S1 dimensions are 43" x 8.5" x 9.75",weight is 95lbs.

I have no idea what the Confidence 1 sounds like, but I did hear the Q1 at last years RMAF and was totally underwhelmed by the speaker. I am not saying it was bad and it could have been the room but there were many better sounding speakers that weekend.

I asked to have some "normal" music played and they suggested I come back Sunday morning and they would play some female vocals. I did, they did, still not an very involving speaker. In general I like aluminum speakers such as YG, Krell and thought I would like the Q5 and Q1. Not yet.

Sorry, my bad, it was the Q1's I saw at CAS.

Sorry if I caused anyone's blood pressure to go up.

Wasn't what I would call overwhelmed with what I heard in the Magio Q1 room either, and it was driven with all that SOTA Constellation gear. The YG room, OTOH, sounded fab.
