Default Some phono stage suggestions for Dan

As Dan has been considering various phono stages lately (which is great, IMO), here are some that I would consider as well as I am also thinking of looking for a second phono stage:

1) Sutherland 20/20...about $2200 and recently rated Class A by Stereophile

2) The Pass XP15 that Dan recently posted about. Looks like a great phono stage.

3) C-J Premier 15 Series 2: A legendary phono stage that still provides reference quality performance even today.

I would snag this one if I had the discretionary funds:
Conrad Johnson Premier 15 mk II For Sale | AudiogoN

4) C-J TEA2: About $2500 and also a superb phono stage.

5) EAR 324P: About $5500, but these can be found used in the $2800 range.

Any of these would be great choices, but if it were me, I'd probably snag the C-J Premier 15.

Stephen,
watch out ! you're a victim of analog intoxication !
I suppose that you meant .....can be "found used".....
Ok, this is my treatment for you :
you will listen only to 128 kbps tunes during the next 10 days. And ear plugs are forbidden !
This should be radical !

Dan,
now you have some home work my friend !

A lightly used Nagra VPS or a new BPS would be a great buy imho

I just bought a Jasmine LP-2.0 MKII for a little over $500 new, and I must say I'm in agreement with all the positive reviews it receives.
I'm not a Hi-Fi writer, so I'll leave out all of the hyperbole, but the 3D soundstage and detail are delivered in spades for a budget phono stage.
