Wilson does use TA internally. I saw it at the factory.

My issue is how expensive this stuff is. I know, I'm whining. But damn...it's so hard to wrap your head around these prices for some wire. Still, I suppose if you hear a difference for the better, it's like getting a new dac or CD player etc.

I think I'm on board with TA Ref, but just need to do it a pair at a time. Which is agonizing!

Since you are in Seattle you should check with Shunyata, and see if they accommodate visitors. One reason why their cable prices are high, but not crazy high, is they are hand built, and work.

Here's how my life was made more difficult: I now am compelled to upgrade to TA Ref MM2. But it's gonna cost... But I really love what Transparent cabling has done for my system.

You're in Seattle? I bought my TA Ref XL RCA ICs from a dealer up there. Great to work with. PM me for details if u'd like me to make an introduction. I'm sure they'd accommodate some audition time.

By the way, I believe it makes no sense at all to invest in high and ultra high end gear and never really hear what it all can do. IMHO - cables are components. And so therefore, if the TA allows me to actually hear what my gear can do - or at least better than anything else I've tried, and not by a small margin - it makes sense to use them. Otherwise, I might as well sell my equip. and buy an iPod deck and call it a day. IMHO.

You can start small, and gradually move up the line - using trade up credits. Another reason TA is for me. No more buying to sell to finance another buy.

I responded to your gracious PM too...yeah I am already working with that dealer. I have a whole loom of TA Ref right now that I am demo'ing. And it's great stuff. Kinda like crack. But in a wire.

Crack is RIGHT

What TA cables are you demo'ing currently? Don't forget to try the Reference Crack cable . There's no going back, my friend.

Crack is highly addictive. I'm sure that is what happened.
