Acetate sheet cutting

The acetate sheets arrived today for the 2205 and I went to install, but the darker sheet is not cut straight on either long edge. When placed against the meter movements, there's either a gap (area not covered) in the center, or gaps at each end. What is the best way to cut acetate film? I only have one, maybe two shots at it.

Thanks for the quick reply. The two acetate sheets came with white separation paper, and it was only the upper sheet that was out of shape. I laid one paper sheet on a pineboard, set the acetate on it, the applied the other paper over top. Then set a large carpenters square along where the cut should go, pressed REALLY tight and cut it with an X-acto knife as you mentioned. Just as well.. because it was slightly too long to fit in the light box so the length also needed cutting. The assembly is all together now, but I forgot to attach a ground lug to one of the housing screws. That means it must come off again. Just happen to have some shiny new ground lugs too!!

Gregory.......Glad the suggestion worked out for you. You got a little excited getting it back together. I have done the same thing.
