Default Naim Uniti Core

Anyone have experience with a Naim Uniti Core? I'm thinking of trading up from my Mac Mini because iTunes appears to be losing files that I cannot find even after repeated efforts. Thanks

I set one up for a friend.....a cinch to use. Extremely well built. Their app is very simple which I like....not a hurricane like Roon. Price is reasonable as well. Plus it has a CD ripper which is (stupidly!!!) missing from most servers.

Only downside I see is the single digital BNC output which may require an adaptor for going into some D to A converters.

Thanks, TD. Agreed on the build quality--it's a tank. Alas, it now looks like network limitations at home will probably keep me on the Mac

Now answering my own question--I bought the Uniti Core after figuring out the network issues. It's awesome--sound, ease of use and build quality all excellent A huge step up from the Mac Mini, and not too expensive when all the typical modifications to the Mac are accounted for. Interestingly, the cable makes a significant impact on the sound quality, ended up with the Nordost Blue Heaven--a true BNC to BNC SPDIF. Very happy
