New P10 owner with questions
Hi everyone.
I was fortunate to find a new P10 that I set up last night. My questions are: 1. Is it normal for the outlets to be "stiff" initially? I had to use significant force to get my PC's in them. There are a couple outlets that I gave up on for fear of damaging them 2. Do you leave it on all the time? I worry about burning the screen, but don't want to lose the surge protection by leaving it off. Thanks in advance, Wayne |

1. Yes. Very normal. Carefully insert but do
Not use excessive force. My Shunyata Sigma cables are tight but will slip in. Over time they do loosen somewhat. 2. Yes! Leave it on 24/7. Dim the screen with the remote. My screens on both mine I keep off unless I want to see something which is very rare these days. Mine have been on 24/7 for years. They draw little juice on their own. |

When i buy my P10 7 months ago i ask directly to Paul McGowan (PS Audio CEO) about to leave it on 24/7 and he respond me that this is the best way to use it. He calculates a minimum of 20/25 years of useful life with the P10 working 24/7. Hope this helps |
