I have been experimented with different jumper configurations as suggested in this thread. My conclusion is that I prefer SC to HF and jumpers to LF. In my room this config results in better focus and imaging.
I also sent a request to Vivid Audio on the matter. Here is the answer from Philip Guttentag: "Dear Sven Thank you for your valuable email. We do recommend connections as per the manual - the incoming cable to the MF/HF terminals. Best wishes to you for 2015!"

I prefer the elegance of a dedicated Biwire cable. Less risk of degrading sound with fewer connections. I use AQ biwire cables
