I am using a JL Audio F-112 with my SF Guarneri Mementos and couldn't be happier. Either that or maybe even an F-110 would be a match made in heaven for the Cremona M's, and I understand that two subs are better than one (but I haven't found that to be necessary.)

I would suggest that you listen to a REL G2 with your Cremona Ms. (Disclaimer: I have worked for 13 years for Sumiko: owned by Sonus faber and the North American REL distributor.)

I have a REL G1 with mine. The G2 wasn't out when I bought mine, but I'm sure it would sound great too.

I'm running a REL B3 with Cremona Auditor M in a fairly small room (12x20) and they blend very well. I don't think they make the B series any more, and you'd probably want something bigger or a pair would be best with the full size Cremonas, but in general RELs mate very well with SF. If you buy from a Sumiko dealer they should help you set up and dial it in.

You could certainly use an R528 and it would work nicely. But the G Series is in a different league. Here's the easy answer. I would still take a single G2 (or G1) over a pair of R528. YMMV.

I have been thinking about a pair of Rel R328s or R528's. But I am unsure how to understand your remarks. Either the G2 is that GREAT or the R528 is... May I ask, are B series considered better quality than the R? Thanks for the help, Chip |

Hi,
Need advise from the forum. I have a pair of SF Extremas and somebody offering to SWAP his SF Cremona M. Don't know if I should or not. Should it be a straight swap? or I add cash ? or He adds cash since Extrema are becoming a colector? I am using Krell Fpb-200 and Krc-Hr with transparent cables. Is Cremona M a better speaker?....I am really confused... need more advise the better... Thank you. |
