Hi - Looks like about $1295 list and has fully discrete Class A circuits and lots of power supply. Gain adjust and Balanced ins and outs.

I am really excited about this Headphone amp...........this amp matched with a pair of HD800 or maybe Denon AH-D7000 would be bliss
