not sure I understand your question? I just put my SCC on the floor, it is pretty stable given the size of the support foot and the weight of the speaker....
If not high enough, why you don't put it on the top of 2 "bricks" made of wood or stone (on my previous HT, I was using two 17cm high x 12cm large wooden bricks made by my local wood shop, pretty cheap!) . What you show on your picture looks to me a bit as an expensive overkill.

Jazzman, thanks .
Now I know the answer, see my other link regarding SCC. The column does not touch the floor, only the stand front and
Rear edge do.
The Solid Tech rack in the picture is not terribly expensive, if compare to SCC. Height adjustable, accept up to 80kg.
After precise measurement and calculation. I need to raise it up exactly 18cm.

Toga.

Here it is,
Height adjustable is a plus here where every millimeters counts.
Will order 26x21 symposium svelte shelf as a platform.
It look weird, but amplifier will block most of it.

Frequency balance seems more correct when raise it up. Still a bit angled up may be required. At standard height , My ears are way too high above axis. Toga

The more I look at it the more I think it look like Baby Face of Toy Story
