Would you settle for a gas turbine?

Will the oiled version hurt your tires if you use it to keep them at the right inflation?

What an oiled version is is that it has lubrication system for the pistons , crank,
and connecting rods just like an internal combustion engine. They are much quieter and will last a lot longer than oilless versions. All the small portable ones are oilless. Less weight. To prevent the small amount of oil that may pass thru into the air supply, you would typically install an oil and water filter in the air line system after the compressor. Compressors that don't get used full time tend to develop an lot of moisture in the air supply also. Remember to drain the tank weekly.

I use a product called a Rolair. A belt driven compressor will out live a direct drive 20 to 1.
20gal 1.5 hp 7.3 cfm @90 psi. It has been a fantastic compressor and I was in roofing for 5 years with it and it is now 15 years old and works just as good as the day I bought it.
