Default MS300 vs MS750
Can anyone tell me if the two use the same operating system? If so, are the drives interchangeable?

David, yes the MS300 and MS750 use the same OS and software. The MS750 just has a bigger LED display and a bigger hard drive. The MS300 can use the 750GB hard drive that the MS750 use.
