Default Rack Recommendations…Anyone use Bassocontinuo?

Looking for recommendations and advice. I just got a new system and I've been "racking" my brain trying to figure out the perfect solution. I ran across Bassocontinuo (BASSOCONTINUO - fine audio racks) in Italy and really like what I see, but not sure how expensive they are. Anyone have these racks or purchase from this company? Please forgive my ignorance, but I have never purchased anything overseas and wondering if I need to be concerned. Was looking at their Bodhran Reference Line. Also really like HRS - SXR, but so expensive. Another fairly new alternative for wood is Core Audio Design. These look pretty good and seem to be good value. Anyone use Core Audio Designs?

Here's what I'm looking for. I'm still purchasing gear so its important I purchase a rack that can grow with me as I add new components. An ABSOLUTE MUST is a clean symmetrical look with no cables showing. My room is fairly small and I have a REL G2, so I wanted to put my rack with gear centered behind my speakers (as the majority do), but place my REL G2 dead center with rack built around it. For now, I'm thinking (2) 2 shelf racks flanking each side of the G2. This would satisfy my needs now since I only need 4 racks spaces for KX-5, VX-5, QSB-9 w/ mac mini, and thinking about getting Shunyata Triton. Then, if I add a turntable, CD Transport, or move to mono blocks, my thought is to get another 2 or 3 shelf rack and set on top of each existing 2 shelf racks (outer supports of new rack sitting on top of inner supports of both existing racks closest to the G2 to create a bridge over the G2). Hope that makes sense. I'm attaching a sketch I saw on line that somewhat shows what I'm trying to achieve (minus the large hideous center channel). My thought is to have a turntable or CD transport in the future where the large center channel is shown.

Any thoughts (good or bad) about this set up? I haven't seen any other set ups like this with a rack bridged over a sub. Also would much appreciate other ideas or rack companies that could meet my needs. Any Bassocontinuo owners out there?

Thanks in advance,

I have owned and tried dozens of rack brands over the years; and they all disappointed me in one way or another.

HRS, sure it's expensive; the best usually is. They are infinitely adjustable, provide real world isolation, and will be the last rack brand I ever own.

It's all relative to the value of gear you will using on your rack. Look at the HRS RXR rack system, they are amazing.

The SXR is my personal favorite

Thanks Ivan. I would definitely consider the RXR, but don't see how I could bridge it over my sub. Would I be able to bridge the SXR over my sub placed in center and under other gear as I add components? And if so, do you see any problem with this set up? Vibrations from sub under rack but not touching anything.
