Thanks JWJW; I just picked up the 1201's this winter and I'm still super happy with them. They were a substantial upgrade over the pair of MC2500's they replaced.

Also love the McIntosh. Where did you get the Vintage Polk Audio speakers. I used to have a pair of the SDA 1.2tl. Great sounding speakers

Thanks; I've had the 1.2tl's since 2011. They've been recapped with Sonicaps and have a ground isolation transformer (dreadnaught) so I can use monoblocks. I think they sound great to and they've pretty much ended my search for the right speaker.
