Will have to drop down to the local Ford emporium and 'check it out'. I see no mention of their very capable V6 engine. As a daily driver, think the V6 mated to the 10spd auto would be the way to go.

Another thing to keep in mind is the GT does have an option for Electric seats which also includes height adjustments. My wife is 5'6" and is able to raise the seat (and adjust the steering wheel accordingly) to shoot around and dart in and out of traffic without a problem.. Only caveat here is the Recaro Racing seats (which are also an option in the GT) are not height adjustable.
As others have stated, the V6 option has been dropped entirely in favor of a turbo 4 cylinder. The Performance Pack is now an option on all trims now though, so maybe they will have one 4 cylinder optioned with more boost? I know the V8 is getting direct injection added too; not sure if the 4 cylinder already had that or not but getting more power with even better efficiency is always good..
