Shostakovich: Piano Concertos Nos. 1 & 2; String Quartet No. 8
Boris Giltburg, piano Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Vasily Petrenko Naxos 2017 Brilliant playing, Giltburg has a very nice light touch in the softer passages and plenty of drama when called for. The sound is very good as well.
