Guys
Thx for the tip, I will be trying it. Firstly i was going to take the black ground wire from my 2 REL S5/SHO subs remove them from their current connection on IEC screw (have Ayre products which are balanced making hooking up these subs tricky), add some more wire length to them (won't reach as of now) and connect to my Triton V3 CGS instead.

Next, I will try creating a connector like Puma Cat did and then connect the Ayre preamp to CGS.

Took me about a half hr to cut the wire install the rca plugs and install on my DAC, and tube amps two channels. They’re single chassis but dual mono incl dual mono AC plugs.

Fired up the system and let it warm up a while.

Holy sweet fancy Moses! A whole incredible additional level of detail, depth, instrumental color, pacing, PRaT , depth , clarity and dynamics (my oh my the dynamics!) came forth. [emoji106][emoji106]

I guess when funds again permit which will be a while, I’ll purchase matching Shunyata ground cables to finish this off.
In the meantime the SGS/CGS system is a rather shocking completion to the already off-the-charts reference level of the Triton/Typhon QR!

The only component I have not included yet is the DMP disc drive.
Just to clear this up for me. Does each grounding cable go from component to an unused RCA Jack at the preamp? I’ll assume any unused RCA jack will do or does it. If no grounding post on the component will any screw suffice?

Thanks

Not just any screw. Some may hold a part inside the component chassis. You want to stay away from those. As Caelin noted elsewhere (can't remember the source), generally speaking, screws located around the component case's perimeter are the "safe" ones to connect to.

There’s two different grounds. Chassis and signal. Your chassis should be grounded through your AC ground cable which, if attached to a Triton or Denali, is already grounded through the Triton/Denali CGS ground system. The signal ground should be attached to the ground posts on the back of the Triton/Denali and to any unused RCA jack on your equipment.
Alternately if you have an amp or two etc that is NOT connected to the Triton/Denali through AC power but connected to the wall directly, then you attach their chassis to Triton/Denali ground terminals to take advantage of the CGS ground system.
Someone please clarify if I have this wrong.
Right now all my equipment is run through the Triton/Typhon QR and signal grounds run from unused RCA jacks to the Triton SGS/CGS terminals on the back of my Triton and the background is dead silent and pure.

Thanks so much for the explanation. I think I got it.

Can anyone post a pic of how this is connected to their (Denali V1 in may case) - then to Pre-Amp. Do you connect more than 1 device to the Denali's ground?

On my frontend I connect three CGS terminals to equipment chassiscrews via small spade CGS10.

I also connect one of the CGS terminal on that TritonV3 to my Nordost Qkore 6. From the QKore6 I run signal ground to 3 frontend electronics(RCA) and two active DSP speakers (RCA).

The result is absolute sublime!
