Please answer a question for me
I'm going to ask the proverbial "dumb" question. Could someone explain to me what it means when the specs say:
JL F112: -3db@ 19Hz -10db@ 17Hz What does this mean to me in lay mans terms? My guess is that the sub falls off at that freq. I've been reading this number for years and am still blind! Gordon |

It's just describing the roll off.

Ouput roll-off is the simplest answer.
-3 db is half of the typical power output -10 db is 1/10th power output
