Aurender A10 ethernet port question

I noticed that the ethernet port on the Aurender flashes orange instead of the normal green on other equipment. Is that normal or is that a problem? On the network router side of the cable it flashes the normal green I am use to.

Not an A10, but here's how my N150's Ethernet port looks in operation (with Pierre Monteux conducting Sir Edward Elgar's Enigma Variations):

I would contact Aurender on this. When I had my N30SA it was always “green.” Aurender Tech support is excellent!

This is so strange. Everything seems to work (great sound) Just that blinking orange light

This is usually an indication of the connection speed of the gear. Amber is generally 1000Mbps while green is generally 100Mbps. This is opposite on other gear, especially Netgear routers. Yeah it’s weird.

As Joe suggested, I’d contact them to get the skinny.

Certainly you can call Aurender, but honestly, Ed, I wouldn't worry about it. My EtherREGEN also always has one green LED and one amber LED on as well.

Just looked at the back of my A10 and it’s amber too. Never paid attention to it. It just works.
