Wow... What did I miss?!

Good stuff. Are you keeping the same cartridge? I'm thinking about getting a VPI Classic 1 too. Nice!

+ 1. You have a very well balanced system & beautiful looking room Marc. What is often forgotten given we belong to a high end community is, to aspire to much less to achieve a system at this level requires a large investment in both time and money. This system for many would be the stuff of dreams. Big congrats & thanks for sharing it with us

Marc, you've put together one fantastic system that's not too over-the-top in terms of visually dominating a room. I hope one day to own an ARC Ref5 too.

That's a great setup, very nice.....I love the setups in a well done, clean room as well! BTW, where do you keep all your media? I didn't see any shelving or anything in the pics.

Yes, the dynavector 10x5. It's not super high end but sounds pretty great to me. The classic one is a great table for the price also!

I have quite a few records in the side cabinets. That ottoman has a removable lid with a few hundred CDs in it. But most of my listening is flac files streamed from a server in another room and played through my Mac mini, which is inside the cabinet door to the right. I forgot to add the Mac mini to my signature, will do it now.

Marc,

How are the 75watts treating you? I'm pretty confident that is all you need, but just wanted your thoughts when pairs with those gorgeous Sashas. I'm only running 30 wpc (it's really quite a bit more than that in actuality...) but it's really enough for me.

And is the DAC in your CD6? I looked on-line and saw the CD9, but am not familiar with the CD6.

I'd really like to pick up the same turntable as you but with an EMT cartridge. Hopefully after my annual bonus.

Bonus point for the photo of The Civil Wars, bummer that they have broken up.

The amp is more than enough power for me. It goes very loud without distortion.

Yes the cd6 is my dac. It's good, but I'm not sure I'm in love with it. I think the msb analog dac is a bit better. But this has a transport and looks way better. My turntable is way better than the cd6 as a source.
