How about a streamer with no DAC?
Something I can store my hi-res downloads on and let it render and stream to my existing DAC
Most other manufacturers seem to do them

A streamer seems to require rather a lot of software - not something that seems to be in Accuphase's wheelhouse.

As for new product, I think the DC37 is overdue an update. The DC37 is more or less the DAC section from the DP720; the latter has seen an update in the DP750 so a new DAC derived from it would be logical.

I wouldn’t underestimate Accuphase’s prowess.

I expect a replacement of the C-3850 as a highlight for the 50. anniversary.

While this will make me nuts as I won’t plunk down the $$ for it, I expect this is right.

I would not expect a streamer for the foreseeable future. There are significant issues with streamers to come anywhere close to what they can achieve with their (SA)CD players. A cup Hase just follows a different philosophy.

I would not be surprised to see a new flagship amplifier to compliment the preamp as well. Really curious to see what Accuphase comes out with.

I also wonder if Accuphase will get on board with FPGA DAC's. Esoteric is slowly making the switch there.

M-6200 ? Strange they don't give the 8000 series a comeback soon .

I love my 6200's .

DC-37 should probably have a successor, but its still a extreme good DAC.

I thing everything Accuphase makes is meant to be your last gear ever, even when they are replaced with new models.

Agreed. This is why I like it so much (and the only rational manner in which I could justify the $$).
