Like the topic anyone here that have Klipsch heritage/Mcintosh combo?

I cant stop looking at Klipsch Cornwall IV. Im looking for that live sound that touches you. It dont have to be all correct and not to analytic. But i dont want to loose to mutch detail.

You won't lose too much detail, but you will gain much detail. Only if you prefer your sound quality to be realistic and 'life-like'.

Mcintosh is my favorite amp to pair up with my khorns. Sadly my 2 favorites (mc2125 and mc2255) have issues and need to go to Audio Classics once this pandemic is behind us.

Have used an MC2105 & MC275 with Heresy IIIs and was not terribly pleased. It was the speakers (perhaps the IVs are better?) and not the amps as I'm a big fan of my brother's Forte IIIs and am jonesing for a pair of the Cornwall IVs. But, will no longer purchase speakers without listening to them first. Not only have I not been able to find a pair CW IVs to listen to, none of the dealers that I've spoken to anticipate having them on their floor. Not sure what is up with Klipsch distribution in the mid-Atlantic region, but they are doing a very poor job. Have one shop who wants the new Heresy, Forte & Cornwall but the distributor will only send them if he also takes Khorn & LaScala, as well.

Would think the new Heritage speakers would sound great with his MC452. But, would sound even better with an MC275 or pair of MC75s.

Ive used mc252 and several mc275. That is with previous lascala I and II, Heresy 2, Cornwall 2, Forte 2.Chorus 2. MC275 is my goto for horns. I have 4 of them.

I've used a mc275mkIV with Klipsch Heresy III's, and Cornwall III's with tremendous success.

My room mate in College and I had a Pair of Cornwalls with a C-28, 2105, MR-78 and Revox A-77 mk iv tape deck. in the man cave with a bar and fireplace. It was great sound.

I've been considering trying out the new Heresy IV speakers with my MC275 VI. But like Formerly YB-2, I won't buy a pair of speakers without listening to them first.
