For $1600, it should be! Does it measure below 20Hz? Been in search of one that does and none of the apps, regardless of mic used seem to do so.

I updated my earlier post. I tested several tracks from my favorites playlist and found that my normal levels were lower than I remembered.

They do not seem to have one for Android,..open to other suggestions with that same functionality.

try decibel X or SPL Meter .. both highly rated and work on both platforms..

curious what levels you are seeing mainly? Did you change your vote? (don't know if the website lets you).

I really didn't have to change my vote as the range is still between 70-80 though some tracks do stay in the high 60's. I actually didn't see much of anything that consistently stayed in the low 80's as I had previously remembered. The low 70 seems the sweet spot.

Mark, While not a simple SPL meter, REW will measure below 20Hz with a UMIK-1 microphone.
