Excellent review Dan, as usual. Between yours and Myles's review of this machine it is clear this is the one to get for vinyl lovers. My collection is not huge (about 600) but definitely could benefit from a product like this. I had considered some of the manual cleaners but knew I would tire of them. The best cleaner is the one you will actually use. Thanks for taking the time to review the product for us.

What a coincidence ! We both went for ultrasonic vinyl cleaners at the same time !
I like the fact that you are using only distilled water and no cleaning solution. The Audio Desk uses a very tiny bottle of cleaning solution ( about 5cl ) for 4.5 l of distilled water.
I also like that the KLAUDIO lets you select the time of US cleaning and the time of drying. But I am also happy to have also one button to push on the Audio Desk.
Both look like top performing units.
Like you said, you can buy more vinyl now !
PS : the main problem with the Spin Clean is that it is near impossible to dry perfectly the records. Before receiving JC Verdier and friends last week, I cleaned all the vinyls to be played with it and while the sound itself improved, being more dynamic and focused, the ticks and pops on many records increased ! I was highly unsatisfied to realize that there were remaining deposits creating this. Then a friend suggested me the Audio Desk and I bought it the day after.

J.J. .......Appreciate it. With 600 LP's the Klaudio Ultrasonic Record Cleaner would be a great benefit to you. The fully automatic operation is a joy. There isn't even a button to push, just insert the album in the slot and return when the drying cycle is complete. I agree with you about the best cleaner being the one you use. You will use this machine often for two reasons. It does an incredible job cleaning LP's and it is so simple even a caveman can do it.

Jérôme.......I smiled when I read your post about purchasing the Audio Desk Systeme record cleaner. It is a super product that naturally compliments anyone who owns a high-end sound system and spins vinyl. Had I not been presented the opportunity to review the Klaudio Ultrasonic record cleaner I may not have developed the necessary motivation to write the big check, especially with my current tiny vinyl collection, but after experiencing the ease of use and thorough cleaning the ultrasonic cleaner delivers I was ruined for any other cleaner. Just the thought of breaking out my Spin Clean to clean albums became embarrassing. All I can say is if anyone doesn't want to be ruined for life about using anything less, do not try the Klaudio Ultrasonic record cleaner. You will be instantly spoiled. I deep cleaned 126 albums and never got one drop of water on my hands, on the outside of the Klaudio record cleaner or the cabinet it sits on. I didn't even use a single paper towel to wipe up anything. Try that with the old fashioned record cleaners.

You're right. Trying such a unit means buying it.
On a side note, the Audio Desk allows to select from 1 to 4 minutes of washing, by keeping the start button pushed. But drying time is not selectable.
