It's crossed my mind but I don't think my room could support floor-standing speakers. Even the TAD CR-1 are room filling and sound great with my Dartzeel. I am not 100% sure what the future holds.

Congrats! I went through similar process 3 months ago and is happy that I decided on the S5. I also (wisely) went with my wife's preferece of colour.

What do you guys think of the optional grills? I think they look really Avante garde with the Automotive gloss titanium

Well... S5 looks better without grills, but I will get them with grills.

I would get the grills. At least they will offer some protection from inquisitive fingers.

Having grills is nice when company comes or if you have little ones.

I concur! I think they look pretty cool with the grills. Better WAF. It's sad Magico has the grills as add on option.

True. If anything include them and offer a grill delete option.
