Indeed. Almost as much as that orange ZR1 Corvette.
My wife teaches French lit & French at an "engineering" school. A few years back they ask her to teach a French lit course 'in translation' (in English) for the engineering students in an attempt to get them a better liberal arts section. It is always over-subscribed and she may have to start teaching two classes of same each semester. But, the constant is she has 90%+ males in her classes. Not only is the school having a difficult time recruiting woman into engineering but retaining the ones they do recruit, even with woman dean(s) & counselors in engineering. Unfortunately, think the problem starts long before college.
