Dan, I was simultaneously laughing and crying as I watched the video. The situation is hilarious to watch but so sad because it's true. So many parents (unfortunately that means we baby boomers) have failed their children that it is a disgrace to not only the millennial generation but to ours for allowing this to happen.

LESS permissive understanding and acceptance of these children and more beatings (OK, being stricter parents) could have prevented this.
I don't know Gary. We didn't make it easy for them to find a job. It was our generation that moved many of our manufacturing jobs overseas so we could fatten our stock portfolios. It was our generation that again fattened our portfolios when we eliminated defined pensions assuming everyone will be able to fund their IRA's working at McDonalds and Wal-Mart where they can't get a 40 hour work week. Will our kids ever get to retire or will they just have to wait 'till we die so they can live off our fat portfolios?

Here's another couple of videos showing Millennials are even dumber than Leno's people on "Jaywalking"

That professor should be fired or at least reprimanded in public.

Students making their own grades dilutes the quality of others who have done REAL work and EARNED their grades.

About ten years ago, I had a resident who was a very bright guy but I felt was not working as well as he should have. I gave him a grade of "C" on one exam. He complained to me that no one had ever given him a "C" before. I told him to shape up or it wouldn't be his last.

"Those days are long gone..." My wife has noted a significant change over the past five-ten years. A significant number of Med students and surgery residents fit the snowflake stereotype of Narcissistic, Lazy and Stupid. They can talk a good game about patient care but fundamentally don't give a shit. (Thank God I got out before it got this bad)
