Going out to the silver comet trail tomorrow for a two or three hour ride. I can't force myself to ride indoors, but wish that I could.

There used to be a programme where you could do a mountain stage in the tour de France or a one day classic, filmed in advance so you could mimic the real course in your real time. Shame it didn't take off. The advantages of making the 'frame' fit you as with the Schwin is that you won't have a sore back and to have longer sessions and return to it more often.

I love to bike, especially mountain biking. But I find that I can push myself much harder on an indoor cycle and I really do enjoy the class milieu.
