Default Klipsch Support Contact

It seems impossible to find a contact email for Klipsch. My dealer is useless and the distributor in Australia doesn't respond. Would anyone know of a contact email address for technical support at Klipsch? Thank you...

I could not reach anyone except the general operator when I was trying to speak to someone at Klipsch (pre sales).

I agree..... K's customer service is horrible. Just had an experience with grills. Nearly impossible to reach someone on their phone system.

Best Sir,

Thanks Bob but I'm searching for an email address in the U.S. Harvey Norman here is a waste of time.

I didn't realise Klipsch had such a bad reputation. I'll keep clear of them in the future.

Stuff it... I'll just contact THX... that will be easier!

They shipped the wrong grills with the speakers. My dealer and I ordered special grills (and paid for)....received standard black; which are HORRIBLE looking btw.

It's too bad the company is 'asleep'. The Heritage line of speakers are gems in high end audio.

Call the CEO and complain. They hate to get complaints.

I have used the Klipsch customer support e-mail address and have consistently gotten good responses. I also have the personal e-mail addresses of several key Klipsch engineers and they always respond promptly to my inquiries.
