The median annual pay for an attorney in the US is about $130K. In part, that's why cases such as this arise. It's profitable legal work.

Yes, all fully refund items require returning the product. Very few hurdles in life are hassle-free.

Yes. The bizillion associates are attorneys (low pay unless you graduate from the right school and land at the right firm), as are the legal aid attorneys and the many other attorneys who do legal work on the behalf of those who cannot pay (immigration attorneys, etc.). My cousin's grandson just graduated from NYU law school and has chosen legal-aid in NV. Think his starting pay is $40K. He won't starve, but he will help keep the median pay down.

I enjoy all of my MoFi LPs. Some are better than others, but that's the way it works. Some are truly freakin' exceptional, such as Chicago Transit Authority.

I enjoy most of my MoFi's, but I do not think the digital step is what stands between success and failure. Recently, Blue and Greetings From Asbury Park have been great compared to other vinyl/CD releases of the same. But Thriller was panned universally, and my copy of Eldorado is meh. Best to read some reviews before pulling the trigger

Today is the day in which settlement payment are scheduled to go out according to the settlement website.

"Settlement Payments are now schedule to begin going out on or around April 3rd, 2024. Please continue to check this website for any changes or updates."

I'm not clear and probably no one else is at this early stage as to when you'll be able to apply the 10% discount coupon thru MOFI/MD IF you elected to keep the titles & not return for refund (and others like ED and AS).
