Found the replacement truck last March at a dealer I don't normally do business with. It was deeply discounted and I put my local dealer's fleet manager to work doing a dealer trade.
 They honored the price quoted and brought it over to their shop for prep and delivery.  After a year of ownership, and some teething problems with the diesel particulate filter system, EGR and throttle valve systems (which have since been removed), I am very happy with the truck.
