Dan...I have been diligently employing RTFM (Read The F...ing Manual) since taking delivery of the unit last night. Most of my setups are done and I am just trying to become familiar with the truck, how it handles, practicing using the controls without having to look and those sorts of things.

I've been meaning to ask you how things are going with your new right and do you like your new Tahoe?

Nice!

When in doubt there is drop in power available

***://www.bpeusa.com/BPE440ENGINESRT8.asp

I can't post the link per forum rules, but it's essentially a 605 HorsePower
576 Ft. lbs. of Torque, $15K motor.

Oh, I think 410 HP/429 lb ft is sufficient for now Bill.

With some well picked components, I can add 40 HP/ 64 lb ft without even getting into the engine.

aaaaannnddddd....this didn't end well at all. I remember posting on page 1 about hoping this truck didn't end up like my 2007 MegaCab did...I had no idea I was being a bit prophetic!

Yup...this happened less than two weeks after the post above:

I don't know what it is with people these days and not paying attention to the task at hand but I was really tired of them running into me at that point.

Default New MOPAR

Yikes! You’re posting here so I assume you came away from this in tact. That’s the important thing!

Yes, I escaped pretty much unscathed beyond some bumps, bruises and sore muscles.
