Very interesting, the Hana is definitely a great value for money and I've been thinking of getting one for some time

It will be interesting to see what the file reveal ends up being. I'm guessing file 1 is the ortofon and file 2 is the hana. I find the first file has too much bite but the second file is too smooth. I would prefer something in between. If I had to choose, I would lean towards file 1 but I think it would be brutally unforgiving of bright sounding records. I can now see why some people own turntables with 4 arms. Not just for mono records but also so you can have different flavours of carts for different recordings. Thanks for posting, GeAllan70.

SPOILER ALERT: The actual provenance of the files was revealed back in October and you can see the results here: https://www.analogplanet.com/content...uintet-black-s
