Default Switching Between Balanced and Unbalanced MC275 Is It Bad?

So I wanted to hook up my MX110 to my system just to hear it through my BW 804S. I was amazed at the sound quality from the MX121 Home Theater controller to the 110. So I started trying to figure out how to use the MX110 for music. I have Balanced inputs coming from the MX121 and Unbalanced RCA'a coming from the MX110 to my MC275. I then just switch from Balanced to Unbalanced on the MC275 with the switch. This should not be a problem having it wired this way, correct?

Also I asked my wife to listen to Kind Of Blue and did an A/B and she could tell a huge difference in tonal quality when switching from the MX121 to MX110. Holy moly it was huge to me and she said if she could tell it was huge. Now I just need to get my turntable connected to the MX110 but that will take some moving around so cables can reach. Then I will have some pure analog music, as long as the switching will not hurt the amp.

That may present a loading issue as the MX110 owner's manual says it should be used with amplifiers having input impedance of 100,000 ohms or greater while the input impedance of the current MC275 is only 47,000 ohms.

I emailed McIntosh and they said that was not a problem as far as the impedance. They did say not to have both plugged in. So I will just unplug the input of the one I am not using and switch accordingly. Which is not a big deal, its right there in the forward area on the side of the amp.
