I think you better be careful here. Your Purist are GREAT cables. You can take a really big step back especially based on your midrange bloom comment. 6m Corvus + trade in on your 2m cables should be close to $3500. If you're disappointed in a different move it'll cost you even more.

Today I had have opportunity to audition Nordost Valhalla Speaker Cable in my system. I was VERY surprised!

Sound became is really bright! I lost a lot of bass. And sound became less natural....

So due to my experience Nordost SPM is way better with Focals
