The original Advents in the late 70's. They rocked in their time and I was always pissed that I didn't have money for DQ 10's or Tympani 1D's.

Totally agree...for the money, imho, superb. I also thought the old Apogee Stages were phenomenal.

On a related note, I am interested in hearing the Martin Logan Neolith...at its anticipated price (still TBD I believe)...it could be (with dual subs) something to reckon with the big tower players. There is something about panels which are special, and when the power/dynamic part is sorted out, its magic imho.
