2018 was my big years for changingup the system. Started with upgranding Magnepan 3.6 to 20.7
Then updating to a new DAC, choosing to use a Marantz SA-10.. to be mainly used as a DAC, saving the SA-10 SACD drive for special occasions. Redid 17 AC duplex including in power conditioners, and a bunch of new power cords, adding PS Audio Noise Harvesters. And finally some Duelund CAST resistors for the speaker resistors. After plenty of sorting, I am basically finished.. Enjoying the improved sound. So I have no plans for 2019 except to bask in the glow of my music machine. Eventually I will need two new phono cartridges..Small potatoes. Otherwise nothing calling me ... buy me.... buy me....

The only equipment change was the introduction of a Roon Nucleus at the beginning of the year. Don’t plan on any other equipment changes this year.
Replacing my absorbtion panels with Wavewood panels for the side walls and the front wall in the next week. Ordered them last week and they should arrive this week. That should be it for the year, unless.....

I hope to add a Bowers and Wilkins DB3D sub to the stereo set-up and maybe adding surrounds to create a 4.1 system.
Never really considered going beyond 2-channels but recently added a Sonos PlayBase and Play:1s in our bedroom and it has been absolutely wonderful. Cheers, Scott

What are your audio plans for 2019??
PS Audio BHK 300 mono amps on order. If they make it through the trial period they will replace my pair of Mac 601’s. I expect they will match better with my ARC Ref 6 pre.
