me more choices with a DAC upgrade. I heard a DSC Debussy and there is a big difference in DACs. The N10 should accommodate any Dac upgrade I make. I know there are many choices, but the conductor app and excellent service makes me want to stay with Aurender. My N100h has been bulletproof.

N100H to N10 upgrade
I received the N10 today. Had it up and running in less than 20 min. I deliberately took my time and programmed inputs etc.
First impressions are wow! I feel there is a bigger difference between the N100H and N10 then there is between My Bluesound and N100H. My overwhelming feeling is I just want to keep listening to the next song. Very engaging and crystal clear. This is a much more audiophile peace of equipment. I have owned my N100H for three years and can’t say enough good things about it, the N10 is a whole step up. I am using the digital coax output. I will update after 100 or so hours.

I notice you have a surge protector installed at the electrical panel. I would be interested your thoughts on this, and also what product/brand you use. I currently have 2 dedicated 20A lines to my audio gears, and would like to know what are the advantages of having surge protector at the outlets versus at the panel. Thanks Thanh

N100H to N10 upgrade thoughts

Hello Installed at the panel gives complete coverage before a surge reaches the protection at the outlet, it really is one of the least expensive things you can do, and talking hundreds of dollars to install versus exposing thousands to mayhem - I don’t want to be on an AllState Commercial! Remember, you also have refrigerators, computers, tvs...etc and they too are not cheap to repair/replace. https://www.audioaficionado.org/show...rge+protection |

Sea Music, my N10 definitely gets quite a bit of use in my system. It is just so easy and I love playing MQA files through it. I also noticed that it sounds much better to me than the N100H. I may be in the minority but I also prefer using USB output from it to my DAC.
