No worries at all JC !
My Apetite had no problem at all driving the much more difficult EB1i at normal levels.
But honestly, if you really want to hear what a little 6V6 amp is able of, you should try it on high eff speakers of around 95dB minimum.
I'm listening to a wonderful string quartet right now in my living room, with the Apetite 6V6 amp driving the Heresy III. The impression of freedom and relaxed power is incredible. The dynamics are endless and the sound presentation has an incredible lifelike quality.
But you'll be very fine with the PMCs.

I used the Montille 6V6 version for a long time with Reference 3A MMDe Capo's which are 8 ohm and 92db. This was a superb combination - plenty of power in my 21 x 12 feet room. Most of the time I never had the volume past 9 O clock on the Aurieges preamp. So the Montille should be great with the PMC's - go for it.

That combo on paper seems questionable. Maybe contacting PMC first would be a good idea. It could be a situation that could work in a small/med room. That said, I think this previous comment from Jerome is spot on: " if you really want to hear what a little 6V6 amp is able of, you should try it on high eff speakers of around 95dB minimum."

I assume this is used? If you don't want it, any chance connecting me with the seller? I am looking for one of these.
Thanks. Dave
