I started Ozark before Xmas. I am now on Ep5 S2. The series has enough going on to satisfy most. The ‘Snells’ are very interesting to me having just read the ‘Hillbilly Elegy’ by JD Vance. Lots of ‘truth’ in their characters.

Marty is wound very tight and I keep waiting for him to blow. Remarkable how long the writers have kept him bottled up.

I am finding Season 3 to be better in many ways than the first two. Still wish they had cast someone other than Jason Bateman in the lead role as the others are all fun to watch./

Finished Season 3. Maybe the best so far. The last two episodes were excellent.

What I don’t like is how long the gap is between seasons for many of the series. It loses the impact and one starts to forget certain parts. Nothing like “binge watching” ALL the seasons! I did that with Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy. I think it took me a month to finish all 7 seasons of the Sons and it was gripping from start to finish.

I agree. I don't know how long I have been waiting for season 2 of Condor or Season 3 of Happy Valley.

We often go back and watch the last episode or two of the previous season when the new one arrives.

I will be surprised if Tom Pelphrey doesn't get some award nominations for his portrayal of Ben Davis as Wendy's brother. He stood out in Episode 9 where all of the actors were at the top of their game.
