still hurts today. a part of me still thinks she'll be at her corner sleeping my brother in law's doberman, i swear looks just as sad as he can't find his old friend |

doggiehowser, I cried reading your post. I can only imagine how you must feel since I too am a highly dedicated and caring dog owner. I'm very sorry for your loss. My condolences to you.

Mike, I have been there many times, but, after finally having another dog or cat choose me in their life, it is something I can't live without.

Sorry for your loss, it's never easy to say goodbuy or to let go when it is time... Cherish the memories of all the good times you spent together and know that your dog loved you unconditionally. Lucky dog, if she could talk she would tell you how greatful she was for the quality of life it had with you. Many of them do not get the same opportunities.
